my dog watches flies and runs away if they get near and goes off to find a safe corner to sit in! I think it's the noise that does it, I hate the buzz too!
i think its the same pair of collared doves as last year and they had a nest in the same tree and their baby would hop out of the tree walk along the fence, try out it's wings then go back into the nest! I saw a baby blackbird last year too. I see this pair of collared doves a lot, assuming its the same pair.
we used to have a budgie! she couldnt fly because she was too scared to come out of the cage, she did once and went fluttering into everything it was awful! I used to let her run around on the floor, couldn't do it for long cuz then the dog would get wound up, I was young and didn't think to put the dog in another room! I used to let her nibble my finger too, I thought it was affection but she was probably scared! my mum found a feather in her dressing gown pocket after our budgie died, I still have it 
i miss her she was my first pet
they're really sweet and easy to look after too

Dead until Dark - the book that True Blood came from. I think cuz it's narrated by the main character it's written in her dialect so sort of...just not so good as the programme. The show is very visual and vivid - obviously cuz its a show but you know what I mean the books not doing much for me
the grunge style is back as well - find it pretty stupid, no one 'grunge' walked around saying they were grunge and dressed a certain way on purpose.

I am really sick of all this 80s stuff thats come back in, it has horrible colours & patterns & no shape other than square shoulders
there's a lot of rockability stuff about too which is cool since I like a lot of it but when every shop is doing stuff that says 'rock n roll' and has skulls and eagles on and just has that rock chick look it puts me off, I don't know why I really don't care what other people are doing (despite the ranting) I guess it's just annoying that something I've been into for ages is now a fad in fashion.

I got some Swallow shaped earrings I love birdies and love watching Swallows speed around. Gonna get some little owl ones too later in the week, couldn't afford to spend any more money than I already had though.
got a cuff bangle thing too (£2 ), its all white and quite plain so gonna think about how to make it sparklier
I need to have a clear out of clothes and make like a capsule wardrobe, stuff i can mix and match with everything but create new things out of just whats in my wardrobe. I choose my own clothes yet after a while end up feeling too girly and just uncomfortable in what I'm wearing, I don't try to be anything but myself and only buy what I like, I know what I feel comfortable in, but then make the wrong choices. Does anyone else know what I mean!?

having free healthcare over here is a big weight off my mind after watching american hospital programmes it made me realise how lucky we are, even if our hospitals are shit and we still have to pay for prescriptions, it is much easier. Dental care isn't free even if it a NHS surgery but you can get if free for being a single parent, on benefits etc. Being part of the EU means we can get treatment in EU countries as soon as we need it (as long as we have a healthcare card, comes out of insurance though so isn't free but you get it when you need it in a foreign country)
I don't like it when people go around labelling things like that, its often quite extreme, it works or it doesn't, you like it or you don't end of.
Morrissey once compared the consumption of meat to the holocaust, I'm a vegetarian but killing cows, sheep, pigs, chickens etc is no where near as bad as killing 6 million jews ffs! It's not even close to being as bad. The whole of Hitlers reign was a disgusting and tragic era in time and farming is not the same as genocide!
the psycho twilight *cough rob pattinson cough* fans really pee me off, leave the poor guy alone, it's not right to go chasing someone around and waiting outside his hotel etc etc, I saw a fan video of him signing autographs and it was...just...i dunno it made me feel sick the way these people are, he's hot ok but control yourselves! I can't explain how weird it is.
I bought a pair of jeans for £7.50!!! originally £25! and then i got a top that was meant to be 18 and I got it for 8!
I would really love to get involved with the no new clothes for a year thing but I can't make clothes very well and charity shops never have anything nice (to me). I like to buy sale items, cheap & its stuff they would throw away if I didn't buy it!
