    can't you make your own pattern? look at the shapes and the way the boxers are made then sew it all up? 3 sections at the front, on section on the back and an elasticated ribbony thing sewn on the top

    I've never done it before but I'm guessing that once you know how to do certain things you can make up you own it's the same with knitting.
