I am making my boyfriend a Futurama quilt and could use some advice. I want images of the characters incorporated in the quilt and was wondering the best way to do that? I would use iron-on photo transfer paper but I am worried that the photos will feel stiff on the quilt......

Does anyone have experience with stitching tools? I bought a Clover embroidery stitching tool. The stitching itself is really easy but what about those loops at the back of your fabric? Can I really leave them like that? I'm thinking of ironing fusible interfacing at the back....
