I'm a bit of a fan of Graze.com and have been ordering my lunch/snacks from them for some of my days at work. In every box I get little vouchers that I can give friends so that they can sample Graze for free. If anyone is interested the voucher promotional code is 3TH4LX2
If you've not heard of them they are basically a UK based company which will send you healthy munch through the post for whatever day you say to whereever you wish (so long as its in the UK). The usual cost is £2.99 and for that you get 3 portions of healthy munch. They do a massive range which is worth going through and filling in the ratings for each. They give you a choice of bin it, try it, like it and love it.

I just realised I haven't done anymore to my dress. I must get on and finish it. Its sewing the hems which takes forever and I think I'd got myself sidetracked. Ooops

I'm Ivy with Rowan. I wasn't so convinced as a lot of it read like Libra but there were definitely bits that were very me. Interesting reading tho

I thought I was having a better today and then in the last 10 minutes I was upstairs in the staff room chatting to one of our volunteers who I've worked with for years and who happens to also be a qualified mh social worker and somehow in our rant and setting the world to rights I told her that I also had mh problems. This was okay but we were talking about the failings of some new systems that are coming in and I think I made myself sound like I was potentially really unstable. Ordinarily, if I was feeling well I'd shrug it off but it now seems to have set off a whole train of thought thats gone down a really negative road. I feel so stupid for not being more careful about what I disclose and how I disclose it and I wish I could just turn the clock back and unsay what I said.
I thought we hadn't seen you about for a bit but had no idea you were going through all of this. It takes a lot of guts to do what you did so well done and welcome back
