Just liked your page - I love nail art but don't have a steady enough hand for anything to technical.

I think I saw a tutorial via pinterest that shows you how to make bronzing gel. http://thecoconutmama.com/2012/12/homemade-glitter-gel/

I've got very fair skin and use a childrens sun cream as they are good for sensitive skin as well as coming in a high factor. I use Ambre Solaire Factor 40. Its in a spray bottle and goes on well and rubs in well and lasts well. I don't tan I just burn so I use Johnsons Holiday skin to give me a slightly healthier look for the summer. Its not a sun cream its a moisturiser/body lotion that gives your skin a slight hint of colour without looking fake.

I saw an excellent tutorial online ages ago and they recommending cleaning your hands well first (don't put moisturiser on as it makes your nails oily and nail varnish comes off easier), buff nails and then paint 2 - 3 thin coats completely covering the tip of the nail. It will make your finger tips messy but you can get the excess off with a cotton wool bud and nail varnish remover.

Are you taking any medication like the pill? When I was on the pill my boobs went up by a whole cup size. You could look around for a minimiser bra - I had a quick look on google and found these http://tinyurl.com/bobpm74 It may also be worth a trip to see you doctor just in case it is a cyst or something health related. Also in the UK you can get breast reductions on the NHS. I'm not sure what the criteria is but a friend had one done and it did loads for her confidence. I think she went from an E cup down to a C cup.

Blue could be nice. I imagine a teal sort of colour would look really nice. I'm not sure if that's possible. Pinks cool too - shocking pink is one of my favourite colours.

I used to have mine shaved really short up the sides almost as far as the original pic and there is still a fair amount you can do with it when its down. I sometimes used to do a french plait (i think its a french one, where you start with a skinny plait at the top and gradually add bits). I used to have mine completely shaved though, a bit like Violetta's husband and I used to love the feel of it, especially in the hot weather. It stays quite cool and I used to get called velcro head when it was freshly shaved Happy You can also do extra bits and bobs with colours and ribbons. I used to have the hairy bit coloured deep red and the sides a dark blue. I would go for it if I were you. You only live once and it great to experiment while you can. I'm 35 now and although I don't feel too old to do these things, I just don't have the time or energy so I'm glad I did it while I was younger.

I'd agree with everyone else - remove mascara b4 bed (if you remember). I personally find if I don't I look like an extra from a horror film and it makes it look like your bags are worse. its also a real pain to get off the next day and I don't think putting fresh mascara over the top can be good for your eyes. I use aqueous cream to get my makeup off and that even works with waterproof mascara.

Mines been much better since I've been using Lush's shampoo bars. They've got far less 'crap' in them and you need much less. It doesn't foam up but it washes out easier and I don't find my hairs greasy everyday now. I therefore have come to think that a lot of the grease was as a result of hair products, I also think washing it every day can make it greasier. Apparently it over stimulates the glands that produce the grease.

Apparently honey is meant to be good too. You coat your face about once a week and leave it on about half an hour. I'm trying to find where I read it but I think thats right. Its meant to make your skin really soft.

There are a few massage oils which are good on the face; from memory I think they are wheatgerm, advocardo and evening primrose oil. You might want to double check that but also spending about 10 minutes massaging your face will be good for your skin. It will help loosen dead skin cells, improve the circulation and help your skin to absorb the oil.
