If it makes you feel any better a lot of our boyfriends/husbands craft too, they just don't have CO+K accounts. I post projects for mine and say in the info that he made them He's just too busy to ever be online for fun, lol.

Yeah I did go over and liked your page For my personal FB and for my business page too (blossoming designs jewelry). I love your Angles <3 I think the robot & mustaches would be cool if you glued on a pin back to them, to make them a pin. I've been meaning to make some new gauged earrings for a while, I even have everything set aside to make them, but I keep getting bogged down making crochet items for family and friends, lol. Or get caught up in a new swap and then don't have time to make me some earrings. So those are the things from your page I think are cool.
Its up to you which one(s) you'd like to swap for, because I know certain things take a lot more time and effort then others. But I'd love to swap for anything I can make for you
I have lots of yarn! even some really cool looking black super chunky yarn (its got bits of other colors randomly though out, just little dots of color) I was going to use to make my brother a hat, but he decided on the rasta ones instead, lol.

I want to make a tardis dress! Then my hubby can be the Doctor! He already has everything but the bow tie and fez, which will be so easy to make. I just need to find a dress to recycle into a tardis dress <3
Yeah people are posting all the time, lol, you just have to get used to how the boards are set up, since nothing is ever really deleted.
What kind of clay beads are you making? Ones with Polymer clay? Those are always fun. I've actually just learned to crochet with in the last year and I am now obsessed with it! I'm buying yarn that I don't even have plans for yet.

Oh and something I just now noticed-
Where are all the messages? I only have 1 page of messages I can see, but I used to have a billion. I don't still need them all, lol but some that should be on the 2nd page of messages were important.
I like the new layout for the boards so far, but I am having problems being able to clearly see the text box when typing on my iphone. Those darn scrolling banners block my view no matter which way I turn the phone I do everything on the go, so this is no bueno for me. That's the only thing I've notice not going smoothly.
Yeah I was also wondering about the Notification thing. But I must say that I LOVE all the changes made the the Messages page! The little trash can / Delete is great! I really so like the new set up Can't wait for Snippets too.
I would keep going on the project ^_^
The best thing about making stuff your own is learning what works and what doesn't. And you'll be surprised by how crummy things look and like magic they just come together in the end.
I haven't had to deal with discouraging parents (as far a sewing goes) but I have made up my own patterns before and felt like it was going to turn out to be a pile of garbage, and why waste the time. I've let projects sit around for months because I wasn't sure I wanted to finish them too. My advice is to just keep working on it! Who cares if it turns out less than perfect, you'll know what to do differently next time. And if a seam comes undone later, guess what, you know how to sew! lol Just stitch it back up No big deal. And if you finish it and worst case scenario is it looks terrible, take it a part and fix it, or if it becomes too far gone, reuse the material to make something else that is cool.
As long as You keep a good attitude, that's all that matters. You can always make it into something new.
The tracking within the US is super cheap like $0.80 but (as rawr.rawr and I just found out) tracking internationally from the US forces you send your package Express Mail and for a small box less than 1LBS it cost $38.00! How ridiculous, anyway, I'm sorry to see packages disappear in the mail I've had no problems mailing to the UK, but all of a sudden this summer it got really crazy, a few have been delayed of just gone. So I feel your frustration Nikki.

Aww that's too bad Nikki. I think it's a good idea for you to keep doing personal swaps as you want. Besides all the bad experiences, I hope you have some really great ones too! I'm sorry you wont be swapping anymore, but glad you wont be completely gone ^_^
