    honestly I don't think the fishnets are the reason the ladies are staring- it probably the whole ensemble. And it probably has something to do that you look a little hardcore/punkrock, and that's "so 10 years ago" all "mainstream and fashionable" people have moved on to the hipster scene. But screw them, lol do what you want (as long as you don't actually have a penis hanging out of your skirt). When ever I notice people are giving me weird looks, I look at how they are dressed. If they are wearing something I think it stupid, then I ignore them. If they are dressed in something I would wear or even own, I run to the bath room to double check that I don't have something crazy stain on my shirt or toilet paper stuck to my shoe, lol. Get what I'm saying? Why care what they are thinking, if their style is totally different than yours. If your hubby says you look good, and your not having a wardrobe malfunction, then wear what you want girl!

    Humm dang it. You could always sew a small bag and then buy the wings from a costume shop and see them on your self. Instead of the black leather you could use a black satin with stuff interfacing or fuesable fleece inside. Just thinking out loud here lol

    I would do so fun accessories in bold colors! Like a chunky necklace and earring set in Neon pink, or bright red. Something to give it a little color and make it POP! You could also make a brightly colored clutch/handbag! I'd suggest not overdoing it though, only a few colors and items. Such as-
    A brightly colored handbag and heels
    A chunky necklace with matching earrings and maybe a few bangles or a big ring.
    A big ring with a chunky necklace

    I have a love/hate relationship with etsy.com.

    I love that I can buy from small businesses from all over there world and that there are so many shops with a lot of variety.

    But I hate that there are so many "resell" shops out there trying to pass of manufactured items as "handmade". I also hate buying jewelry making supplies from hong kong and shanghi. They are crappy materials and take forever to get though customs. I only did it a few times by accident, and now I check where the store is located first before checking-out with purchases.

    hummm I havent ever made my own soap. lol I buy mine from Monika's store on etsy, but I know that sometime the lather has to do with your own personal water. I dont remember which but the difference between har and soft water has different effects on if it will lather or not.

    You could ask monika about hers though. she makes great soap Happy

    I think its awesome! I dont look at it like fashion though. I've always thought of couture runway stuff as Art really. Because unless your Lady Gaga or Bjork, you cant be seen in public like that. But I still think its creative and beautiful (sometimes) <3
