When I first listened to the songs on myspace I was being impatient and not properly listening, then I was listeing to still (All That Could Have Been, Persistance of Loss and Leaving Hope are my favourite NIN songs and I don't usually like slow or instrumantal songs!!!) and thought 'what if the ghosts is like this' so I listened again and no feel soooooooooooo bad for not giving it a chance they're one of my fav bands!!!
I'm not a fan of this downloading lark I like having the actual thing so my boyfriend pre ordered it for me and I'm gonna download/listen to the songs I can for now. I could live inside 'The Perfect Drug' video.
When I first got into them I was really lonely and well everything really spoke to me and still does, Persistance of Loss and Leaving Hope do things to me that every bit of music should.

get 2 peices of fabric one longer then the other, sew them together inside out, sew on a button and use the longer bit as a flat and use ribbon or something to hook the flap to the button, put stuffing in and done. The flap and button is so you can wash the covers if they get a bit dirty

they made slaves do it I doubt they got paid much!!!!! We went to the met in NY and they had sooo much stuff it was really nice like the jewels and things it feels more like honoring them and their ways and putting it in a museum will mean it survives a loooong time. But yeh seeing a real mummy, eeeek! I love the blue and gold! They had this full room that seemed like a mock up of what some of Egypt would/might have looked like it was stunning.
Did I mention about Blood Diamond, that was a really good film I nearly cried so many times in it because the stuff in it probably happened for real. DiCaprio did a very good job of a south african accent.
I agree but they cant just go slapping rape charges at every one involved that's why the real criminals get away with it, it would ruin someone to have that happen to them when they were innocent. Sometimes it's sad but people make these things up or just assume it happened because they were too drunk to remember which is even more horrible when there are real rape victims out there who haven't had the support they need.

ooo I loved doing about Egypt, I think we did vikings and romans but I don't remember much. We did the celts in year 3 and made golden brooches with dry pasta and card and all got blue war face paint put on!!!! You don't get the full picture at that age, they tell you that the vikings were barbarick and cruel, but they all were, they make out like they were all best friends with the celts or whoever lol everyone was sort of blood thirsty thats the way you survived and how business was done. Once the teacher told us what our ancestry probably is from the colours of our hair, I was viking or celt, more celt with scottish blood in the family probably .
I'm celebrating Christmas, I think the last few years I have felt a bit like er i dunno, but I love Christmas because it's more about family and friends for me. It makes winter better (even though I don't mind cold), everyone gets happy and excited. I didn't do anything like egg hunts I remember one year my grandparents got me these chocolates that were the 7 dwarves, caramel filled they were soooo yummy.
When i was little my friend once said 'at tea time you should all sit and eat at the table like the diciples and jesus did' yes because I bet you think about jesus when you're scoffing your face with easter eggs!
MY TATTOO LOOKS LIKE SHE HAS A BEARD! there's this weird shadow on her chin I don't get why maybe it's just my skiiin aaaaaaah this THING causes me so much stress! She looks a bit like a less tanfastic Jane Mcdonald lol

I don't really remember all the stuff about the wives, I really enjoyed history though just can't remember much about it. I was in the ceramics room at college while some class was in there and they were talking about high school and one of them said 'I was like that, what's the point of history, what's the point about knowing about the past' duuuuh ignorant ungrateful sod! Learning about the world wars got old though even though we should know what they went through for us.
my dad used to burn it when he got his own house, whatever it was it wasnt a nice smelling one it made me feel really ill lol

Oh I just had a thought about christianity, no one thinks to ask, so like there was all these other religions and then jesus came along and made everyone believe, so God the creator of the whole world just sat there for millions of years and said 'OOOOh I think it's time I got credit where it's due'. Sorry end of rant.
