haha I read 3 in a row and had to stop too, for the same reason. It was just too much, the same with Anne Rice and the Vampire Chronicles, I think I read 5 in a row!!! Haven't gone back to them in nearly 5 years now. lol

That sounds cute Kitten
I hope to do something tonight, all depends if I get off this darn internet or not lol
No probs
I do hope to learn crochet at some stage, my mother used to crochet little baby hats and things when I was younger, but she hasn't done anything like that in over 15years I think! I may have to get her knitting when she visits me this xmas! haha
Greg you look a lot like Gary Numan I have that Buffy poster!!! I should probably frame it too
Narrator, looking very swish Where was the picture taken it looks lovely there!
Knittin' Kitten you look great too
Reneé you and your son look great too, he makes a lovely shephard
Well I don't agree with banning the games at all. All the games in question are for over 18's therefore it is entirely up to the parents NOT to buy the games in the first place. You cannot blame the salesperson, or the maker for your 8 year old son beating up his friend after playing whatever games, if you didn't even bother to look at the age limit on it.
Violence was around long before video games and will be around if we ban them. It's all up to the parents. Sure kids will get their hands on the game somehow, but still it's how they are brought up too, you can't blame everything on the games and Marilyn Manson ;)
As I said these games are made for adults and I think most of us know the difference between being able to shoot a computer game character that doesn't exist in reality, to blowing up a real life person..but I can only speak for myself there
I think if someone does eventually run out on a killing spree, there was something there beforehand and not just the effect from the games.
I really like Brett Easton Ellis too, Glamorama was very good!
Non-Fiction fave would be "They Fuck Up" by Oliver James a book by clinical psychologist Oliver James, he talks about how the care we receive in the first 6 years of our lives is what shapes our personalities. Very interesting and may provide you with some information with why your parents were they way they were.
I gave it to my mother afterwards, I don't think she ever read it lol
Bind Off, basically how you knit off the last stitches, otherwise known as casting off.
I love the song, didn't think the vid was that great though. It's a cover, the song, can't remember who did it originally though
Here in Iceland at christmas, everyone makes piparkokur, which are gingersnaps, they are quite yummy and you can buy a nice pack with all the ingredients, so I intend to bake them
Thanks Cat
oooh a christmas card holder cool
Knittin'Kitten I knit these fingerless gloves a while ago and they turned out okay, no knitting in the round so pretty easy The only thing I did different was made them a little longer in the main part.

Shivi, I'm sure there are other things, but with knitting you have two sticks, crocheting you have one stick with a curve at the end..but I could even be wrong about that as it's years since I saw someone crochet!
I have a kitty called Tara, she is 1 and half years. I love her sooooo much it's crazy. She is definitely a substitute baby in our flat lol
This is her at 3months, we had her a week then.

aww thats so mean Cat! It's so unfair when people do that.
I was a christmas dinner in the countryside here 3 years ago, in a real farmers house. We had their own lamb and pork it was amazing! Later after quite a few drinks, the guys took out some more meat and my friend ate some, then the guys broke their heart laughing at her as they told her it was horse meat!!! My friend thinks horses are better than humans, so you can imagine how distraught she was. It was a really mean thing to do I didn't have any, thank jebus!
