Sorry to hear it's getting worse. What helped mine when I was in my late teens early twenties, was going on birth control. I started out on dianette.
Other than that I don't know. It's all hormone related, so although drinking lots of water and having a healthy diet is good for you, I'm not sure if it makes much difference with acne.

I have had dyed black hair since I was 17. I am 29 now and just a month ago, cut it all off! I had stopped colouring it back in Sept last year and let it grow long enough for a short pixie cut. then snip!!

My hair is in a real bad way. it's breaking about two inches from the scalp at the front of my head and causing me hassle!
I like to cut every year or so after it's grown very long. Just to refresh it all.
My hair is just at shoulder length now and I really would love new hair for visiting Ireland next month. Did you bleach your hair in the end KK?
Mine is black and I am so bored with it!
I personally don't agree with these diets that aim at cutting out major parts of your diet in super quick time. Which is pretty much all diets!
Exercise is best, especially as you are so young. Just eat healthily and exercise.
I think by sensitive areas Roma is talking about your privates I could be wrong ;D
I have used the bath bombs lots of times and never suffered down there.. But then again, I'm not washing myself with the soap, learned that lesson when I was a kid! hehe
WIth the cold weather my hair gets very staticy, the short hair around my parting all stands up and I get a kind of Cameron Diaz thing going on! eughh I don't like to use products in my hair, so it's there to stay haha
Maybe you should try emulsifying ointment, I have used it before and it works well.

I think your current style is cute, I have no idea about styling hair, I have long hair then I cut it, repeat and throw back in pony ;)
I can't stand the heavily perfumed stuff anymore, as a teen I loved them all, but now I usually go for aloe vera stuff.
If I had a bath tub I would buy the scented oils and bath balls, but I don't have one
I do agree, I mean if the Body Shop can do it, surely L'oreal can too!
I don't buy many products, either hair or make-up, but when I do, I try to buy fair trade or natural ones that don't test on animals.
Over the years I have found the Body Shops stuff to be the best for my sensitive skin
Well they are on their way to stopping animal testing

Apparently the EU wants to have no animal testing for cosmetics by 2013, so they will have to stop by then anyway.
As far as I can see they still are against animal testing, so I will still use their stuff. SO many companies are owned by other big companies, that are against something you may stand for. It's pretty hard to be so vigilant all the time.
But it's good to be informed of these things
Has anyone used their henna hair dye? I would love to stop using regular dyes. They are killing my scalp and hair and also bad for the environment
hm that was the only reason I went to the body shop booo
yeh I get the odd pimple around my period too on the pill. Killer headaches too, I've tried to stop taking pain pills though, as I have read they can make the headaches just as bad, I haven't had the real bad ones in about 2 months, like what Queenie says I would have to go to bed and make the room dark and pop in some ear plugs.
I hate my passport photo, my skin looks so bad in it! Only 3 more years until I can update it!
