As a rule, I consider a cupcake a small cake with a ratio of 1:1 Frosting:Cake. Fairy cakes are a lot more like 1:3. A bit more, stomachable...

Made stir fry with lovely chicken, herbs, spices, lots of fresh vegetables and a chilli tomato sauce and served it with fluffy rice and naan bread. If that made you hungry I've just posted it as a project Happy

ive been sick lately, and before that i was sooo busy with work ive hardly had time to cook. sad spoons. Happy when i do cook, though, i love old-fashioned recipes from the 40s-60s. the only things i replace are veggie oil with olive oil, and shortening with butter or something else, normally.

i also love mexican food on nights when we are so busy but need *REAL* food. Happy

im clearly feeling better today, because i made pancakes with bananas and chocolate chips, and have been looking up new baking recipes. ;)
