How would you describe your style?
I would describe my style as very classic with touches of glam. I love simplistic and versatile pieces, but I'm also a sucker for some sparkle or lace.
What's your favourite piece in your wardrobe?
Currently, my favorite piece is probably my Betseyville Stud Gladiators! They look just like the Valentino Rockstud Gladiators but for a fraction of the price, perfect for those on a budget!
Who are your style icons?
As far as designers go, I love Mary-Kate and Ashley Olson and their Elizabeth and James clothing line. Blake Lively has incredible taste. I also love Kate Hudson, she's always dressed in such amazing designs.
Do you have any favourite designers?
I dream about the day I can own a few Valentino pieces. I also love Tory Burch, Vince Camuto, and Kate Spade. One of my favorite new designers is Rachel Parcell, her stuff is so girly and gorgeous, you can't help but love it!
Where are your favourite places to shop for new clothes?
Since I am still watching my budget as a new college graduate, my favorites right now are J.Crew Factory, J.Crew, Nordstrom and Modcloth. I also love Gap for my basics!
Do you make or customise your outfits?
I customize my outfits through accessorizing and layering, so much can be done when you start putting pieces together that you never thought would match!
Do you have any great tips for mixing up and personalising an outfit?
It sounds cheesy, but always be true to yourself and your style. Style is a form of self-expression, so you should always choose what you like first and foremost, regardless of trends or what others might be wearing.
