CraftJitsu creates her dream house for today's #DIYTheRoom

I would love my house to represent who I am, with this there would be no doubt! I would love a handmade house that was dark and creepy, the perfect place for Halloween at any time of the year.

Hi! I'm Zea! I am an illustrator, animator, designer and "former" clown raised in the wilds of Vermont, USA and living and working in the wilds of Brooklyn NYC. Thanks so much for the invitation, I'm honored to join the fantastic ranks of women included here doing wonderful work!

I've made over 100 handcrafted animated gifs, a few animated shorts, some bunch of editorial illustrations and a limited edition print series 'The Critics': nine opinionated characters who, when hung next to your other wall art (or each other), pass ruthless judgment. ZeaDrawings on Etsy.

Helen from The Beading Library creates a Marvellous Mardi Gras for today's #DIYTheParty

If you’ve never been to New Orleans at this fun time of year, you really should make a trip. It’s such an experience, especially if you like to party. If you can’t make it there in person, then these projects will certainly get you into the spirit of Mardi Gras wherever you are!

When I travelled to Japan my cousin gave me a welcoming cat. I love its cute and smiling face. When the sun comes into the room it starts swinging and saying hello and this makes me feel happy.

ElizabethJuddTaylor recreates the style of a Blythe doll for today's #DIYTheLook

Oh, Blythe! She's a real doll, and she can change eye color with the pull of a string behind her head. The first things you notice are probably her big eyes and large head, and I have chosen projects that emphasize these, as well as charms for her pullstring, some cute clothes, a kawaii bunny to keep her company, and a fox book cozy to reflect her creative side. The rigid bag could be made in her size or large enough to use as a carrying case for her!
