How did you get started?
The company was created by Sarah in her home kitchen in 2010. With a love of baking and all things sweet a cupcake business was a perfect match for Sarah's skills and passion.
Where are you located?
Hey Little Cupcake traded it's first 4 months in a pop-up shop in Spinningfields and then build a permanent home 50 yards away.
Other loactions include Selfridges Trafford Cente and Birmingham Bull Ring.
What are your specialities?
Cupcake cupcakes and more cupcakes. This is what we do best and what we are best known for.
What's your personal favorite thing on the menu?
I have a sweet spot for all our flavours and designs but my heart lies with our New York cupcake. It's like a Mocha in a cake!
What's on the stereo?
At the moment Christmas music but we normal have a mix of chilled sounds or chart hits.
Where else should we visit in your area?
Definitely John Rylands library and MOSI.
Do you host any special events?
We run weekly cupcake classes in the cupcakery in Spinningfields. These are a great way to learn how to decorate cupcakes as well as have a fun evening with friends and family.
Is there anything else you'd like us to know?
I can't forget to mention our cupcake themed afternoon tea!
