Make Caramel Sauce & Fudge Sauce in #ABiteToEat with Frite & Scoop in Astoria, Oregon.

How did you get started?

We lived in Seattle for a long time, and fell in love with Astoria during a
winter getaway in 2013.We spent the next several months brainstorming
about how to permanently relocate.

Lisa was a pastry cook with a permanent craving for salty treats, and Kevin was a self-taught ice cream wizard. Upon discovering a lack of handcrafted ice cream in Astoria, we combined our individual passions into one unique idea - a small snack shop featuring small-batch ice creams and authentic Belgian-style frites.

Kevin is the brains behind all our wonderful flavors, and Lisa is the President of Potatoes. We now spend our days happily making
ice creams and frites, and saying hello to all of our delightful customers.

Where are you located?

Beautiful Astoria, Oregon - right on the Columbia River

What are your specialities?
