How did you get started?
I used to be a lawyer! But I was bored, sad and drinking gallons of coffee at the time and was falling deeper and deeper into the rabbit-hole that is specialty coffee. I eventually decided I should get into as a profession.

Coffee and really interesting coffee drinks
What's your personal favorite thing on the menu?
Right now, we have a spring seasonal latte - our Halva Latte - house-made pistachio milk, tahini, honey and orange blossom water.
What's on the stereo?
Depends on who's working! If it's me, Biel Ballester Trio.
Where else should we visit in your area?
These days I'm not even sure who's open. In Santa Monica my go to is Bay Cities for a sandwich. Ingo's Diner was always a hit, but they're still closed I think. In Little Tokyo Hama Sushi was a favorite.
Do you host any special events?
We used to! We do online events now where we can make a signature drink together or do a group cupping.

We've been roasting our own coffee since 2014!
