Nice one Cat! My neighbour is a rude ****** I think he works shifts and he plays his music all night long grr and you can hear everything from up there as it's a real old house, you can even hear him make rude noises!!

Eughh I wrote quite a lengthy mail to someone and I forgot to copy it and when I pressed send(I was using the internal mail here) it said safari didn't connect to the url!! gah then I couldn't go back as the site wasn't connecting.. It was my stupid laptops fault!! it's been bugging out all evening on me, grr why oh why didn't I copy it?
Well if you are not getting proper sleep, then thats probably where to start Fix your getting to sleep problems and waking up is that much easier. I know it's easier said than done, but setting yourself a bedtime is a good way to try. To get my 8hrs I should be in bed now, but that's not gonna happen lol
Mornings should be banned 
I don't really have any tricks, I am groggy and my eyes are glued shut for the first few minutes, but once I'm washed and dressed I am usually better. I have to say I do feel more uplifted in the mornings since getting our cat I have to do all her things, like her food and that and give her loads of rubs.
I don't have any advice really sorry. Do you eat brekkie? I find that wakes me up nice and reading the paper Although maybe thats coz mine is in a foreign language so I have to wake up to focus lol
