thanks guys , i finally got an email back from the company, saying it could be the bobbin case itself, they said if its scratched it would cause the top thread to get caught under it and not work correctly so untill payday, now sewing for me...*cry* but good news I made a kewl flap car organizer out of an old pair of jeans! It should post soon.
I was sewing denim, and when i was trying differnt tests to see what it can be , i used a thinner fabric, still the same, and i even used paper cause i was getting tired of the big "mess" of thread everywhere lol
okay update: i changed bobbins with a different color and what it looks like the top thread is what is getting tangled up with the bobbin...help

okay, i was in a middle of a sewing project when my machine decide to go on the fritz. maybe someone could help me out with this one. kk the problem is the lower thread of the machine-the bobbin-keeps getting tangle up, it almost feels like its getting stuck, I redid the bobbin, took machine apart to clean where the bobbin is, and still the same thing, I am at alost here. Almost at the point of tossing the mean thing out the window. I went through the manual over and over and follow the instructions...is there something that I am not seeing or missing? thanks guys for the future responces.-sug

Hi guys, I have two children, a five year old and a 1 year old, Well I notice my car gets...well lets just say its like someone exploded a bomb leaving the chaos of toys,trash,books and everything kid like and mommy like EVERYWHERE. I thought if anyone would have a good/fun/creative idea on how to get my car organize especially when two kids are in the back and the toys are there to keep them occupied while i drive.Thanks guys, i look forward to the suggestions!-Sug
