hola ppls! I am curious if anyone can make a book purse and do a how to. I been google-ing and some of them look really neat but it looks complicated. I think the only prob I see is having the guts to de-gut a book. Thanks guys

I had sticked parents. They made sure they but the fear of the gods in us if we did something like that not to mention my dad is a cop!! lmao!
But I do have a story for Lillian my oldest daughter(5years old) when she was 3 years old and she was going to a catholic private school. Well every morning we would stop at this little corner store so she can get her juice and mommy could get her coffee she always asks if she could have the candy(the single pieces of candy that they sell for 5cents) but I tell her no cause it would make her tummy feel sad.(shhh being mommy you always have to be quick on your reasons lol) It sits below the counter of the register, well one morning I was talking to the cashier longer than normal and when I got lillian to the car she was opening the third tootsie roll and putting it her mouth and was handing me the empty wrappers.
I was like O.O'. I was freakin out, scared out of my mind that they would call the cops on my 3 year old.
So I told Lillian why she shouldnt steal the candy cause if she did that they would not have the money for the juice she drinks. (again another creative excuss from the mommy lol) She was sad about it and we went back in and I explain to the owner of the shop and we offer to pay.
The guy laughed it off and said he saw her munching on it and he said it was okay cause he would munch on them too. lol
So there is one story that is going in the memory books for later embarrassment with a future boyfriend lmao!
ya I get that way. I get excited when payday comes around thinking I might have extra for some goodies. After doing the bill paying and the grocery(WHICH I HATE DOING BUT IT MUST BE DONE) I will get something for the girls and not feel so bad but when I get something for myself even thu I been needed(flip flops or a pair shorts) it I feel all bad that I end up taking it back, and then I get upset the day after I take it back for doing so.
This is why I pefer doing my shoping online. At least I wont have time to get that shoppers remorse and take it back and if i am having a bad day on the day it comes in it will brighten my day!!
I just hate the going though the racks trying to find my size and then several trips to the fitting room(which sucks when you have kids with you saying loudly "mommy you are wearing blue underwear" or "mommy your butt is bigger than mine" o.o) and not to mention the rude cashiers I will occationally get.
So yes shopping and me deffently have the love/hate relationship going! lol
oooh a coffee packet wallet! wow what an excellent idea !!! i never thought about that and that would be wonderful! I want to see how it comes out when you are finished

well you know how they have those tea bag wallet thingies on co&k well why not adjust it to where you can put a couple of packs of flower seeds in them?
i watch them a day after you guys on veoh tv. Turn left was great and cant wait to see torchwood and some of the old stars all in this upcoming episode! In the US they are going to show part two of silence in the library!

maybe we all at CO&K should make our own craft book this way like we can put our favorite project that we worked on and show it off to the world to see!!! that would be awesome. I think this is a brilliant idea..hint hint cat~ lol
next episode i guess the season finale is where they have everyone in it. Torchwood, martha, sarah, AND ROSE! not to mention the daleks! This episode is so going to be an epic and it better not be an hour show, i hope 2 hours at the most cause they cant slam all those stars and exciting plot in just one hour! omg i am sooooooooooooooooooooooo waiting for this weekend to get here!

i will work on that how to for the coffee plushie soon, I just got back from a 3 hour stay at the emergency room with the hubby who hurt his ankle pretty bad. So once things calm down I will get that up for you janet . You were the one who inspired me to make a coffee plushie lol.
ideas i done already for my daughters past teachers...i made home made bath salts with epison salts, inspiration tokens out of poloymer clay, purple duct tape folder, a journal and decompage colored gift tissue a pen to go with it.....um there was some others that i did but these come to my mind at the moment. hope these ideas get those creative juices flowing
