How-To Paint A Watercolor Effect

Learn how-to paint a watercolor effect in #TechniqueTuesday with Elena from Talons et Bonbons and then make her watercolor envelopes.

  Step 1

  What you need: crepe paper, a scissor, a pen, a sheet of paper.

• 

  Step 2

  Cut the crepe paper based on the final effect you would like to achieve.

• 

  Step 3

  Paste the crepe paper to a sheet of paper and wet it with a brush.

• 

  Step 4

  Wait for about 10 minutes. Remove the wet crepe paper, dry the sheet of paper with a hair drier. The watercolor effect is done!
