Cook a traditional tater tot hot dish in #AroundTheWorldIn80Dishes with Amanda in Northfield, Minnesota.
I feel fortunate to live in an agricultural area. We have been subscribers to Community Supported Agriculture for a long time and also buy our meats from our neighbors, and even raise our own hens for eggs. Having good food choices available so close to home is a luxury I do not take for granted! Our summers are short but we make the most of our bounty by preserving it and enjoying it all winter long.

If I could go anywhere? Ireland. And I’d like to eat anything that comes with a pint of Guinness.
