Mine is a sheepskin that used to be in my cot, it used to be white, but now its a nice shade of yellow. For the past ten years it has been on the floor by my bed though and it makes a nice fluffy rug for me to put my feet on when I wake up . I have noticed that its starting to disintegrate though

Hi there, one of my sewing machines, which is just as basic a sewing machine you can buy has recently started being a bit awkward, it keeps dropping stitches in both zigzag and straight stitch. After a while it also breaks the thread from the top bobbin. It doesnt seem to be a problem with either the thread or the tension and I tried different settings..
Has anyone else had similar problems and found a solution?
Thanks muchly
Tasha
You're welcome enjoy your new machine!

Well the best photo editing programme I've used is Photoshop, but unless youre prepared to take part in some illegal activity it is rather expensive. Gimp is pretty good too and rather cheap.
I dont think you can change the background, but you can certainly add text and makes collages with photobuckets in- built program and its very easy to use.
I used to use Crazy Color in Blue and had to dye it like every 3 colours, bearing it mind it had been bleached from dyed dark read, and I ad to dye it every three washes or it went a manky khaki green colour...
I tried directions aswell and it didn't dye it in the slightest :S
I tried these a whole 10 years ago though so the dyes may have changed in formula since then.
It also really depends on the condition of the hair too - the more you bleach it the less it will hold colour.
Looks like you need to pay £5 via paypal for a manual which isnt bad at all :http://sewingonline.co.uk/library/NECCHI-LYCIA-524-522.html. What kind of help do you need with it. If its just threading it and using the boobin winder thingy it looks pretty similar to other vintage machines. I've had quite a few sewing machines now so using them is pretty natural to me now. Give me a shout if you need help!
Maybe jewellery?? Not sure..
My main one is h&m as everynow and agin they email me with some offer. Same goes with laredoute and littlewoods.
Haha, I work advising companies on import/export... reading this reminds of work...
On a completely unrelated matter - I love your hair DarkAshHurts
S**t PJ that sounds awful!! You obviously made the right choice by moving out.
From what I can see your hair looks fine now, nice and shiny. Provided you give it a nice break and just dye the roots when needed for a while it'll go back to normal pretty sharpish.
The only way I can think of to get rid or the purple stains would be to bleach it - buy that would only damage your hair further. You could dye it darker, but make sure to use a non-permanent dye without peroxide or ammonia. Sounds like your hair really just needs a rest. My hair started crumbling away from too much bleach a few years ago and it was back to normal until I decided to bleach my ends again
With regards to the damage, a trim should help a great deal as it will stop split ends moving up the hair. I usually use Aussie 3 minute miracle reconstructor or whatever it's called. Not sure in which countries it's available. Putting serum in your hair after washing is good aswell as staying away from hair dryers and straighteners. Also I would suggest conditioning your hair twice after washing and using an intensive conditioning treatment at least once a week.
This usually works for me, hope it helps
