haha, love the first replies! I tried the duct tape one a while ago but it didnt really work for me unfortunetly . I also have a hormonal imbalance which means my weight goes up and down quite quickly so I want something where I can change the measurements. I've now seen a pretty floral one adjustoform one on Amazon so I think I'm going to go with that one :http://www.amazon.co.uk/Floral-Adjustable-Dressmakers-Dummy-Small/dp/B006GAOW8O/ref=pd_sxp_grid_pt_0_0
Thanks for your replies

Well the title says it all. Anyone able to help? Looking for an adjustable one preferably.
I'm also interested in the answer to this question... recently lost quite a bit of weight and looking to make my blouses smaller rather than buy new ones.
Depends realy on what kind you use. I added some to a dress a couple of years ago just using a standard stitch with a sewing machine and it has stayed put. I think if you used a very delicate lace you would need to be more careful.
There's different ways of sewing it on this website: http://www.homesewingprojects.com/Sewing-with-Lace.html
If you buy something not too delicate I reckon you could just unstitch where the flowers are and insert the lace by stitching over where the previous stich was.
You could replace the flowers with lace?xx
You could turn it inside out and tie a knot with a hairband on one of the sides then turn it back the right way. You'd still need to do something with the sleeved though
