i finaly told one of my best friends that i dont want aboyfriend untill im 20 (i have my reasons)

i dont know how to tell my other friends one of them already knows cuz shes doing the same but its kari and jade im worriying about telling because...

Jade is currently seeing someone.
kari has had so many boyfs
ect

i dont know how to slip it in without sounding like im a little kid who lies T-T

they keep joking ( i think) about setting me up with people i DONT LIKE!

how do i tell them?

Just tell them the truth and if they can't accept it then they're not real friends and you'll know you need to find better company. After few years and a handful of mistakes, I'm sure they'll wish they would have followed in your foot steps!

Well I can't say I fully agree with that decision but it’s your choice and I think if your friends are real friends they will accept it. But it does sound a bit silly to be worried about telling or even feeling the need to explain your personal choices to anyone. You're friends may tease you about wanting to set you up but it's your choice whether you go out with guys or not so why do you feel you have to make this “big announcement” about something that doesn’t affect them in any way?

Say it nonchalantly, when they try to set you up say ,"Nah, I'm waiting until I'm 20," If they something about it say something like,"I don't have the need for a boyfriend" I don't know your reasons but that sounds like it would work
