sick and tired of being sick and tired

It seems like every Winter, all Winter long, I am sick with some sort of cold. I seem to have gotten an early start this year. Any tips to help me get and stay well?

Airborne (the little tablets you dissolve in water) always helps me Happy I take it at the first sign of symptoms and when the cold comes around I don't feel that bad Happy It's all natural and stuff in case you didn't know heh and it tastes pretty good too Happy

take lots of zinc and get a flu shot.

Vit D3 daily and omega fish oils 3 times a week-prevents winter blues

I got into the habit of drinking apple and ginger (I work in a smoothie bar and looove the taste)... Anyway, while friends etc. got the cold, I was fine... Until I changed my drinking preferences to another and BAM! I was out haha! Now I swear by ginger ;)

Checking your water intake is the first thing with any health issue. Many people are permanently dehydrated and don't know it. I drink fruit teas as I never bother to drink cold, tasteless water. My skin is better and I am a bit less tired. If you are seriously worried though you should see a doctor Happy
