Weird things about yourself...
Me and my friend get really hyper... you can see that in my latest project
DarkAshHurts, you're afraid of balloons, lol.
My best friend is afraid of balloons too...Shes afraid it will pop write in front of her face.
DarkAsh just made me remember another strange fact about myself.
I hate cucumber so much I get sick of its smell. When my mom made a huge bowl of cucumber salad I fainted from the smell(this happened to me 2 times already).Just typing this makes me sick.
But I loooove pickles.
Ooooooh I really dislike balloons popping. I don't mind them normally, but the sound of a balloon popping (whether near me or not) freaks the hell outta me!!
Hmmm.... I thought this was going to be easy... but really it seems that what may be wierd to me is normal for someone else and vice versa. So some normal things which you may find wierd:
I eat sour cream everyday.
I am Peter Mansbridge's #1 Fan. (Google him).
Thats why im afraid of balloons too! XD
I cant be around them is someones holding them. Because im terriefied of the squeking sound when u rub them, i think theyre gonna pop and kill me. lol
Funny Ballon Story: One time in high school spanish, there were playing this game where they pop ballons that have words inside them. I didnt want people to leave cuz then id have to explain to everyone why. My friend was trying to make me cuz she didnt want me to freak out, and this hot guy on the other side of me heard. ...he told me to put my head on the desk, cover my ears, and pretend i was somewher else. I did, & the whole time he was rubbing my back telling me it was almost over. LOL It was so great! (specially cuz he was hott! XD)
Thats nothing tho. My sister is deathly afraid of chalk, and my moms afraid of styrofoam. O.O
Aaawww what a lovely phobia memory. I wish that would happen to me people just take the piss out of me about it. I've kinda got my own story.
On my 18th birthday I had a house party (at mine obv) I got absolutly trashed - the first and last time I've even been THAT drunk!! - but the next morning I had a hangover like, reeeeeally bad!! A few of my mates came round to help tidy up - you're thinking aaww that's nice... NOT!! They found all the balloons around and began popping them at me. So not only was I freaked by the balloons popping but I had the biggest hangover ever so obv the popping sound was amplified by 100!!!
That was not a good day at all
Lydia: OMG I couldn't eat sour cream EVERYDAY!! It's nice though, I must admit.
Lolly - I guess I should have mentioned that I eat things with it.. not just by itself. Lol.
Oh well that's not quite so bad LOL!!
Oh well that's not quite so bad LOL!!
Umm... I absolutely hate big, pudgy disgusting caterpillars! You know, the ones that would squirt all over if that got smooshed? YUCK. They seem to love me though. And my friend loves to torture me about it.
I also cringe and get goosebumps when people touch my neck or get right by it. >.<
I don't like bees much, and I'll run away from them because it usually does the trick despite what people say.
I get goosebumps even thinking of something scratching styrofoam.
I tend to be told that I'm bubbly and optimistic but I get told that I'm weird even more often than that..most of these weird characteristics people don't see so I guess I'm just weird in general.
Lol Haley, I'm the exact opposite! I love any kinds of bugs. I find them so cool. When I was small I used to scare all the other girls with the weird spiders or worms I found xD
okay so weird stuff...
I'm TERRIFIED of frogs. Any kind of "frog" even toads. And it doesnt matter if they are tiny little baby ones!! They freak me out!! The worst part is that every summer there are always tons of frogs hopping around here. My phobia is so bad that I can't walk past them. I once sat in my car for 40 minutes because no one else was home and there was a big ugly disgusting frog sitting right by my steps! As soon as I see a frog in person or on TV/the internet I feel all dirty like it's on me and get chills down my neck.
I also have a "phobia" of being outside and the sun... Let me explain. I hate the sun! I hate the feeling of it on my skin. I start feeling hot and uncomfortable and sick to my stomache. Worst of all I hate tanning and the look of tanned skin and I feel like as soon as the direct sun touches me I'm tanning and that my skin is being cooked and I want to remove myself from that situation as soon as possible. That's why in the summer I only swim in our pool after 5 so that the trees in my yard block the sun and I can swim without the gross hot sun cooking me.
My "phobia" out being outside is more like discomfort... In the summer I feel like there's always a bug on or around me, I feel hot in the sun, and I feel like I'm going to walk in the grass and find a stupid little frog so in the summer I usually avoid going outside but in the winter and fall I love it! It's usually overcast here and it's cool and the leaves changing and falling and the snow is beautiful and clean. Every year I wish that summer and spring would not exist and we can just cycle through fall and winter over and over again.
Now having said that my friends find it weird that I like snakes and spiders. They say "You're terrified of harmless frogs and the sun, but you will pick up and handle snakes and spiders." I agree that it's crazy but I can't help it! Spiders don't freak me out and I love the feel of snake skin. In my defence snakes feel cool and dry but they're soft. Frogs are bumpy and slimy and DISGUSTING. lol
1 last thing, when I was young I used to eat peanut butter & pickle sandwiches.
Some other weird things about me are that I hate the sun, I have a phobia of wearing white (I know its odd, but it hurts my eyes because its too bright), I have a phobia of needles, I have an addiction to eating tomato sauce on almost everything and I talk to the computer when I play pc games
i have the thing with unintentionally talking too loud sometimes too.
i am absolutely terrified of.... a small chapel, dedicated to mary, that i drive by with the bus every saturday. if it's light out it's okay but in the dark it's terrifying. if i can choose between biking home the short way, trough a small unpaved road with meadows and forests on either side without any streetlights or the longer road with houses, streetlights, and a bit of meadows and forest but with the chapel by the forest on a bit without houses....
i always go for the small unpaved road. even though i know there might be someone hiding in the forest. even though there are no streetlights, or people there. the chapel is just too scary, with its lights on brightly, and the small mary figure staring at you....eek.
and i hate biking next to the curb with someone or something on the other side of me. i always think i'll have to go aside for the other or something, and then my wheel will hit the curb, and i'll fall. and hit things when falling.
and i don't like the dark outside of the large windows we have at home. you can barely see anything except for a faint glow from the garden lights, and there are no curtains or anything.
basically, i'm afraid of what might be in the dark with the chapel or outside the windows.
oh and i hate milk, except when it's been used. but just a plain glass of milk? eww.
