Hi everyone, I'm Greg from Brooklyn, NY. I'm a radical journalist and activist with an artsy-craftsy bent. I've been writing all kinds of things and drawing comics since I was a teenager (too long ago!). I'm working on a novel, a self-produced comic, and recently I've started blogging and trying to do collage. My wife Michelle is actually more crafty than me, she's my inspiration to push a little more in that direction.

Looking at all these post I feel like the old lady on the board. Most of you joined life when I was in my teen years. I am in my mid 30's not old mind you just older than most of you. I am a fiber artist. My nick name is Sunshine had it since I was about 14 was given to me by some punker/skater friends. Liked it more than my real name Wendy so I have hung on to it. I am a Mae ( mom in Portuguese ) to three girls who are turning into fiber artists as well. I also love book binding and lithography and itaglio work. Grew up in California now live in Utah. I have mellowed over the years in appearance but my music is still all alternative/ska/punk/and new wave a child of the 70's-80's. I listen to all types of music and new stuff as well but stick to adam ant, the ramones, sex pistols, tsol, dk, nin, front 242, sisters of mercy, the church....and things of that sort as my favs. Nice to be here and invited looks like fun sunshine

It's a bird it's a plane it's....it's...Su per Crafty! Sorry, makes me think of Grover. My little 2 year old is a freak for Sesame Street. Now there's a pretty creative bunch! Anyway ;-) I'm Jen. A mid 30's (Rock on Sunshine!) conservative Christian from Illinois.....ouch! But, I soooo love this site! I'm always crafty in the brain but I don't always have the time to get it out. Currently I'm obsessing over the Sparkle Ball! I've made 3 in the last two days. I found this site while searching for directions to make the candy wrapper bracelet and it's been on my favorites list ever since. LOVE IT!
