Cassette Tapes!

Hi everyone,

I have a whole bunch of old cassettes I used to listen to as a child - lots of fairy stories & that sort of thing!
They are taking up more space than i'd like, and although I don't use them, I can't bear to part with them! Too many memories of listening to them during bathtime!

I am looking for a way to display them, still in the boxes. On the wall or in any way really. I've seen CD wallet type things that hang on the wall, sort of like this http://www.htfr.com/assets/images/resize.php?img=BMR172202.jpg&size=L

I'd also quite like the tapes themselves to still be accessible, but that's not that important - I'm in the process of converting them all to digital, but it's not happening fast - too many other things to do!

If any of you crafty people have any ideas, i'd be so grateful!

You could make a mini floating book shelf for them? If it was me i'd make something like this from wood:

And then customise it by painting the titles of the casettes all over it, depends on the decor of your house though I guess

Or you could have a giant frame around them like a collage picture?

I can't imagine it would be too hard (maybe just time-consuming) to put some thin nails into the walls to hang them all up like a collage.
