Your favorite spices?

Yum I love all things spicey. My favourite are Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Tumeric, Cumin, and Coriander (or is that a herb?). Oh and chilli and pepper.

I just soaked the meat and vegetables for the bbq.
The first one is:oil,paprika,white wine,pepper,chili,garlic powder and onions.
The other one is:yogurt,coriander,white pepper and sea salt.
The second one Im trying for the first time I hope it will be yummy.

Coriander's a herb and a spice depending on which bit you use. Technically a banana is a herb also, according to a book I read anyways=)

My favourites are cumin, dry coriander (tastes different to fresh! It's the seeds), tumuric, fenugreek, chilli and garlic.

I also use 5 spice and 7 spice a lot.

In baking, I tend to use allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon.

I really like cumin (especially in guacamole) and masala. Masala has a great color I think. I also like the smell of cloves.
