my doc told me I need to bulk up due to my ligament lacecty(it means my ligaments stretch out of shape sometimes)

I was thinking yoga or pilates

Yeah that's a good idea. I enjoy doing very very basic yoga on my wii fit. I'd love to be able to do yoga or pilates properly...

my daughter and I took a Parent/ child Yoga class once a week from sept- dec! It was good, i had no idea what i was doing at first but now i can kinda do it on my own! Yoga is by no means strenuous and it will stretch your muscles!

Definitely do some yoga! Also, maybe look into those exercise balls. They are great at home and there are some incredible exercises that will strengthen all your muscles. We used to do the ball at rugby practices...and they are insane!

If you need to add more muscle mass, try a medium weight session done three times a week composed of exercises like squats, deadlifts, dips, shoulder presses and stuff like that. It's easy enough to do, and yoga/pilates is also a great idea to strengthen your joints and keep you supple. Happy

What does your diet look like? If you aren't eating enough of the right stuff you won't put on muscle no matter how hard you try lol
