How would you describe your style?
Funky, playful, and bright. I like making people smile, so I try and throw conversation starters into my wardrobe like a maxi dress covered in giant dinosaurs or a 60's style shift covered in farm animals.
What's your favourite piece in your wardrobe?
Pretty much every time I finish sewing a new dress it's my favorite. But my dinosaur dress is definitely one of my most worn pieces.

Do you have any favourite designers?
My tastes in fashion are all over the place so I draw inspiration everywhere from vintage Dior & Pierre Cardin to modern Alexander McQueen.
Where are your favourite places to shop for new clothes?
Independent sewing pattern designers! Because I sew most of my own clothing, I "shop" for new clothes by buying patterns and I love supporting other independent designers such as Sewaholic, Grainline Studios, Deer & Doe, Closet Case Files and so many more.
Do you make or customise your outfits?
I make most of what I wear and the few ready-to-wear clothes I have I've usually modified in some way, so my outfits are very customized.
Do you have any great tips for mixing up and personalising an outfit?
Make your outfit as crazy as you can, until you feel you've gone too far with it. Then take it back one notch.
