Milkmaid Braids
Recreate the look with Linda's milkmaid braids hair tutorial:
How would you describe your style?
My style is continually evolving, but it’s currently at a happy medium between bohemian, edgy, and classy. I’m not sure how that’s possible, but that’s what I feel like it’s transformed into. Who knows what it’ll turn into next!
What's your favourite piece in your wardrobe?
Oh wow, does it have to be just one piece!? This might be difficult…aha, but I’d have to say that out of my recent acquisitions, my crochet dress from Romwe is a favorite summer piece right now! It’s perfectly light and cool for a hot day.
Who are your style icons?
Vanessa Hudgens, Julie Sarinana (of Sincerely Jules), and Casey Marie (of Casey’s Collection)
Do you have any favourite designers?
Honestly, I’m not all that familiar with high end designers and their clothing line. However, from what little I know, I do love Prabal Gurung’s designs.
Where are your favourite places to shop for new clothes?
I do a lot of online shopping for unique finds, and I love browsing Nasty Gal, Urban Outfitters, and Forever 21 for affordable purchases.
Do you make or customise your outfits?
Sometimes I do with my thrifted finds. I usually hem skirts with a cute print are too long.
Do you have any great tips for mixing up and personalising an outfit?
Layering is a huge factor in making outfits unique. By adding something as simple as a belt, you can make a simple outfit that much better.
Which other fashion blogs do you love to read?
I have several that I’ve been following for a while now, and I’d have to say that Little Miss Violet, The Drawing Mannequin, and Someone Like You are some of my favorite blogs to not only get fashion inspiration from, but to read as well.
