How would you describe your style?

I would describe my style as feminine with an edge—think leather jackets over sundresses and stilettos with boyfriend jeans.

What's your favourite piece in your wardrobe?

Right now I love my breton stripe tee from Zara because I can pair it with pretty much everything in my closet. My favorite combo includes a sparkly necklace and ripped up jeans.

Who are your style icons?

My style icons are Jenna Lyons and Blair Eadie of Atlantic-Pacific. Oh, and did I mention how much I love Jenna Lyons?!

Do you have any favourite designers?

I love Kate Spade (for handbags), Jenna Lyons (she counts, right?), Oscar de la Renta (those ballgowns!), and everything by Valentino (dream wardrobe), to name just a few.

Where are your favourite places to shop for new clothes?

Shopping on a budget is important to me, so I love hunting for chic pieces at Target, Zara, J.Crew and H&M. I also love Bauble Bar for jewelry and Sole Society for shoes.

Do you make or customise your outfits?

Sadly I don't own a sewing machine (yet), so for now I stick to styling my outfits!

Do you have any great tips for mixing up and personalising an outfit?

To me, jewelry is the best way to personalize an outfit. You can add so much individuality to a simple jeans-and-tee outfit just by popping on a statement necklace or stacking a bunch of bangles on your wrist.
