I found this place a while ago and until I looked around a lot I doubted in my ability to produce anything worth while - and then I realised, it isn't about how good you are or what you do, it's just about nice people in a nice place making nice things

I've got a horrible habit of working on too many projects at once... my craft room doubles up as my husband's music room and I've spread out across my desk, across the floor and beyond to the top of my bookcase AND his desk. I'm very, very glad I can close the door on it all and not worry or wonder about the state of the room...

Oh, and I fall in love with fabric. I nearly always buy some, but always realise too late that I never bought enough for the project I'd not yet dreamed up on purchase day!

if u r insulin resistant does it mean your sugars run high i am diabetic they also put me on metformin it sucks i wrote u a personal message because i wanted just you to see. if you want your sugar down ask your doctor about amerilla the generic is glimepride and the reason the bottles say u cant consume alcohol is metformin messes with your liver and that crap made my hair fall out there are also certain diets you can follow to help your body not be insulin resistant such as the south beach diet insulin resistance is about nutrition and while it may be a symptom of another disease maybe a different drug or diet will help. metformin sucks

I made the brooch last night so I can wear it to the festival tomorrow!

I saved the post card part and its on my board.

The festival went great,we had a light storm up in the mountains but the view and the camp was beautiful and the concert was a success too.

I just finished work and Im getting ready for tomorrow.We are going to check out a festival near to Temerin for two days.I need to relax...
Hope everything is great for you and I will be ready to send out the tiny swap soon! (so excited)

I really hope the post card turns up,Aneniines package arrived after a long time to Latvia so Im hoping the postcard will show up too.

You can do SO MANY things with them! If you're feeling super creative, you could always paint them up to look like another animal! I'm going to paint one to be a Panda Bear, I think.

Hi, I used a good quality cotton. It's a bit fiddly woring in a smaller scale and you will probably need to do some hand gathering around the button top. Takes a bit to balance up the tension as you have to check as you are going along that it isn't too tight. You could use a synthetic fabric with a bit of stretch to make it easier. I wouldn't use anything like a t shirt stretch though as the fabric has to have some strength to be put under pressure to give it's form. Hope this helps

Hi, I'm not sure about hawins bizarre. The shop in Leeds has closed and I haven't been on their site for a while. I'm looking at making midi sized parasols from old umbrella frames (not the ones that fold) that I got from second hand shops. They can't sell ones with holes in so usually throw them away! The frames are fine. I like the ones with curved handles. Pram parasol frames are a good size too but you would need to make/find a handle to fit. I'm pale too and don't like the sun
