Mod Podge is basically just glue. You can just use good old Elmer's glue, thinned out with a little water.

Heh, I'm the other way, it's pay day on Wednesday... can I find any Mod Podge to buy near me in the UK? No. Alternatives are very, very welcome! Happy

Cool, I've got some PVA glue around here somewhere, that'll be a lot more helpful then having to go out and buy some mod podge... THANKS!!

My mom used to mix 2 parts Elmer's glue with 1 part clear varnish and would paint it on with a wet paint brush (watering down as she went). That way it made a nice top coat too.
