Birthday Cake for one of our Installers
Yellow butter cake, with a rum caramel filling, crumb coated in a light chocolate butter cream, with a poured chocolate ganach.

The ribbons are white and dark chocolate "chocolate" molding clay. (Chocolate mixed with corn syrup)

it is really very easy. the hardest part is rolling out the chocolate modeling "clay" anyone can do it.

maybe the next time i do one i'll do a how to.
