Yellow butter cake, with a rum caramel filling, crumb coated in a light chocolate butter cream, with a poured chocolate ganach. The ribbons are white and dark chocolate "chocolate" molding clay. (Chocolate mixed with corn syrup)

You will need

1 Cake your favorite recipe 1 Chocolate Ganache make sure the recipes makes enough to pour over a two layer cake 1 White Chocolate & Dark Chocolate Molding Chocolate enough to roll out and make ribbons.
