You Will Need

Step 11. Layer> Duplicate Layer
-
Step 22. Image> Adjustments> Desaturate
3. Add layer mask to Duplicate -
Step 34. Go to your Brushes (Set brush color to black)
5. Then go over your image with the brush that you want to see color.
6. Flatten Image when done
7. Then Image> Adjustments> Brightness/Contrast
( Set to what looks best to you)
