One Hot cocoa with a side of pens and pencils please
I'd been wanting to make themed pencil bags for some of my stationary.
This one is for my "Chocolate" themed stationary.
It's supposed to look like a cup of Hot chocolate from a cafe, but it looks more like a small root beer slushee.
I should have used more fabric but i used what I could find/ what I had to make it though.

You Will Need
A disposable
Cup
I'd seen people use Starbucks cups but I used a cup from a local deli cafe
Foam Sheet
Fabric
Ribbon
Hot Glue Gun
Scissors
Paper
watercolors
Glue
Wire and Wire tools
For the ribbon ends
Charms
To hang off the ribbon ends
Pens
I used a non bleeding sharpie pen
Modpodge
Sparkle, matte or both
