I'd been wanting to make themed pencil bags for some of my stationary. This one is for my "Chocolate" themed stationary. It's supposed to look like a cup of Hot chocolate from a cafe, but it looks more like a small root beer slushee. I should have used more fabric but i used what I could find/ what I had to make it though.

You will need

A disposable Cup I'd seen people use Starbucks cups but I used a cup from a local deli cafe Foam Sheet Fabric Ribbon Hot Glue Gun Scissors Paper watercolors Glue Wire and Wire tools For the ribbon ends Charms To hang off the ribbon ends Pens I used a non bleeding sharpie pen Modpodge Sparkle, matte or both
