Step 1Heat oven 190 degrees.
Cream the butter & sugars together.

Step 2Add the egg & vanilla.
Stir through.

Step 3Add the flour, cinnamon, salt & Bicarb.
Stir until just combined.

Step 4Fold in the oats & raisins.
Do not over mix.

Step 5Spoon tbsp size balls onto a tray.

Step 6Bake for 9-10 mins until golden around the edge but soft in the middle.

Step 7Cool & serve.
