You will need an ice cream machine to make this recipe.
It is very easy to make.

You Will Need

Step 1Whisk eggs & sugar until light & fluffy.

Step 2Add milk, cream & vanilla.
Mix to combine.

Step 3Pour into the ice cream machine.
Churn for approx 1 hr.

Step 4Crush the Oreos.

Step 5Transfer the ice cream to a tub.
Add 3/4 of the Oreos.
Mix through.

Step 6Add the remaining Oreos on top of the ice cream.

Step 7Serve.
