Based on Bottled Wands by Kin Dragon
This bottled wand is a variation of the Wand of Hearts, mainly because I didn't have any heart shaped beads, so I used Rose Quartz. Unfortunately it looks more like a Love Hatchet/Mallet instead of a Love Rod.
