• 

  Step 1

  Prepare what are mainly needed in picture 1. Take out a pink grosgrain ribbon; start rolling it to a circle.

  Step 2

  Roll up ribbons
  Fuse the finishing end with a lighter; stick the fused end to fix the circle. Stick double-sided glue at the finishing end; stick the blue ribbon (not to stick the blue ribbon to the overlapped place of two ribbons).

  Step 3

  Roll up the other ribbons
  Stick the finishing end of the blue ribbon in the same way. Stick double-sided tape on the hair clip; stick the ribbon to the hair clip; leave more place at latter pater as it is shown below.

  Step 4

  Wrap the hair clip and make a bow
  Glue the redundant ribbon at two ends to be folded inwards with hot melt gun. Tie a bow with blue ribbon.

  Step 5

  Glue one side of the rolled circle; cut out a circular felt in the same size of rolled circle; stick the felt to the glued rolled circle side. Use hot melt gun to stick the bow and rolled circle to the hair clip respectively as the picture shows.
