I'll be up for a xmas swap!! Was also thinking maybe it'd be cool to do an xmas gift swap??

if you just wanted to send something to a previous swap buddy i think that may just be a personal one
who thinks that half-way through oct would be a good time to start up the xmas swap? this giving sign up until start of nov, sendout by dec to avoid xmas post and bad weather?
