Valentine's Day

It's just under a month away and I'm already planning on spoiling my valentines.

For my boyfriend I plan on starting his morning off (he gets up at 5) by leaving a note or a collection of love notes on the mirror- still working on the details. I then plan on having a bottle of Port (his favorite wine) and a box of gourmet chocolates sent to his work. I was thinking of making a romantic dinner that night (because I don't really want to brave going to a restaurant) but that isn't yet decided. And when he goes to bed I plan to have 10 balloons (1 for each valentine's day we've spent together) tied to a small present in the shape of a heart on the bed.

What are you planning for valentine's day?

I'm hoping a place will become available on a pampering spa evening. If not I might do something similar in the house with my flatmates; diy facials, wine, nail painting, choccy and chick flicks.

I'm in a long distance relationship so I'll probably send my bf a card, with a love letter and we will talk on the phone in the evening.

I decided this year I'm going to be really cheesy for Valentines day because my boyfriend and I have been together for almost 2 years. I am having custom guitar pic keyrings made for us, the one side with our names stamped on, the other side saying "I pick you". I'm going to put it in a little box with the lyrics from a love song by one of his favourite metal bands on - "Do you believe in love, do you believe in destiny?" So I'll be referencing his favourite band, love for music, and Tenacious D's The Pick of Destiny (one of his fave movies) all in one gift. He told me not to make plans for our day so he's probably got that all planned out, so I just want to give him a gift =]

Last year, I gave him a bag full of lollypops (his secret addiction), each with a reason why I love him on.
