acrylic paint + Fabric

So I've been using acrylic paint to pain on my jeans and a few t-shirts, and I was going to go pick up some acrylic sealer, but I didn't see on the bottle anywhere whether it would be ok to use on clothes. My goal is to make it less likely to wash off...Any ideas?

i use transfer paper for my material never tried doing acylic paint. What about fabric paint? just iron it to lock it in

I used acrylic on my daughters TARDIS dress. It does not wash out easily but it will get stiff and crack(at least mine did). I have not tried sealant but i would think that would make your clothes stiff and i'm not sure if it is flamable or not.
