I need help with a necklace
My friend found a picture on the internet a few years ago, and she wanted the necklace, and I've been trying to figure out a way to make it since. I've only done basic things so it's too complex for me.
I saved the picture, and it can be found here.

I'd love to hear any ideas on how to actually make this.
Glue. Thats the only way that i could work easily. map out the figure 8 shapes n work out where each bead will go then hot glue them together, the other bits you'll prolly have to simplify and for those you can find how tos on here. Trial and error basicly.
Good Luck if your really determined.
You could try Tigertail Bead Wire.

I think it's quite good stuff to work with and would leave the necklace being able to more freely. Obviously it would be a little fiddly but by using a few threads of the stuff you could connect it all together. The drop/dangly bits look like they are connected using jump rings, you could incorporate that as well Hope that helps a little...
I agree that tiger tail is a good bead wire. It's good to keep the shape of the necklace. You can also use pearl beading thread if you are going through the beads several times it means you will have more space to work through the hole in the bead.
You could make the main figure of 8's in the tiger tail and join them together with the pearl thread. The bottom beads that hang are made using a thin gauge strong wire. Make a loop. thread through bead, cut the wire with enough left to make another loop on the end. These can be joined together by a single jump ring between each one to make them move more freely
Hopes this helps
