Well, everywhere they went, people kicked them out. They try to get apartments, but the other tenants and the landlord would always get mad because of the slime snails would leave.
Being tired of always being kicked around and never finding a home, they decieded to create their own homes... carry them around on their back. EUREKA! It worked.
