You could make him an Ipod cake or something else edibal and musical. You could also get a cheapo white shirt [or whatever color really] and make a band tee of some sort.
Its kind of hard to give idea's when we have no clue what this kid likes! lol

eh, I'm horrid with patterns. I honestly just go with the flow and it usually turns out great. :.
If I REALLY needed a pattern, I'd probably go down to my nearest baby store, and bring a measuring tape, find a bag with the proportions and h/w/d that I want, then get to measuring. lol.

ANYWAY, I had the same problem, except the image was a terribles casino logo, lol. I just turned it inside out and splatter paint it You could tie die it, or do an image in matching pink, or just ambroyed mickey mouse on it
Maybe even the whole mousey crew, including pluto and goofy and such

I made one by just sew through the top of the sheet [I forget what its called but its the one where its like... _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ yea, like that kind of stich] and pulled tight so that the sheet got ruffled, and made it as small as it needed to be to fit the hood.
Then I just attached the hood and yea... there ya go. It was awesome I was proud.

24 gauge wire is the best. Its is easily bent but will stay upright just as easily. The best wing creator I've heard of is Emilie Autumn, an amazing crafster and very talented musician, thats what she uses.

OHHHH! How about the clues being in a bottle, like a message in a bottle kind of thing? instead of bobbing for apples... you could bob for plastic bottles with the clues in them [since that wouldn't hurt your teeth like glass might].

And yea... instead of cutting the masking tape into small peices, you coudl just actually tape the whole thing around the person, and it will have little bumps on it from the curves, but who cares. Its all good
OHHHHHHHHHH Okay my best friends mother has been baking SO MANY CAKES lately because her family is HUGE and she is GREAT and cakes... We've made two boob cakes, a rastafarian man cake, and a chili cake...
You could make a CAR CAKE! the wheels could be chocolate covered doughnuts and the headlights could be yellow jelly beans or soemthing circular, the grill could be black licorish, and instead of making a top, it could be a convertable, and for the windshield, you could make sugar glass and just stick it into the cake, then cover it in frosting! THAT WOULD BE AMAZING.
it sounds very complicated... but IF YOU DO DO IT, that would be SO COOL! and you'd have to take about 239048230489 pictures!

Well you could just make them tighter and do that, just have your sized-polo shirts... but you could get really funky. Like.. have them off the shoulder, or have off-the shoulder with tank top straps, or you could cut two in half and sew them together [that'd be VERY funky ] ... Idk.. there are reallly infinate opppourtunities and idea's, just be creative
